Full Stack developer – AgriFi

We are looking for an able leader who can lead our small yet effective technology team. This role is a very critical role in contributing to the success of AgriFi. Someone who is very strong at JAVA, Spring based frameworks with relevant experience in team management will be preferred. 

Desired Profile and Experience

1. Very strong in Computer Science fundamentals.
2. Advanced knowledge of Core Java 7/8 or higher and should be able to write unit test cases.
3. Should be able to write back-end Spring boot rest services
4. Extensive knowledge on MySQL, Hibernate, ORM and SQLite
5. Should have thorough knowledge in managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
6. Extensive knowledge on migration to Microservices or building from scratch.
7. knowledge on JSP, jQuery, Angular/ReactJS is nice to have
8. Experience in working with tools like GraphQL, RabbitMQ, Docker
9. Performance benchmarking, Javascript
10. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
11. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
12. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practises
13. Extensive experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
14. Ability to work quickly with an eye towards writing clean, efficient, reusable code
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

1. The candidate would be required to develop and maintain software applications developed by AgriFi and third parties.

2. Should be able to write unit tests and document the code.
3. Should be able to write automation scripts and manage DB and reporting.
4. Should be able to manage and maintain code using VCS tools like Git, SVN etc..
5. Should be able to support data migration to newer systems we develop/adopt.
6. Should be ready to take challenges and work as an independent contributor.
7. Participate in technology discussion and come with solutions and suggestions.
8. Should be able to adapt to new technologies.
9. Gather feedback about specific needs from internal and external stakeholders to improve our products
10. Should be able to travel, support & coordinate with other projects undertaken by AgriFi.
